There is something in the woods near Barborsville. Two boys saw it near the interstate, then it was behind a woman's garage at Ona. It has a man's face. Me an my buddies are always in the woods and we saw something way off at the edge of this clearing where a tipple was, that they tore out around 1978. It was out past the Guyandotte River at night.


I didn't know what it was, so I said let's just stay up here, but this one guy had been drinking and he wanted to go down to where it went behind a big pile of stumps. So we walked down but never could find anything. But you could sense that whatever it was was still there.
