The West Virginia Ghosts Halloween Bash 2008

West Virginia Ghosts will be holding a Halloween Bash on October 31, 2008. We have reserved the Best Ambulance conference/recreation room for this event, which is located at 1801 Robert C Byrd Dr, MacArthur, WV (map) and will be starting around 5PM and ending around 10PM.

Directions: From I-77, take exit 42 to merge onto WV-16 S (Robert C Byrd Dr). Travel 1.4 miles. As soon as you go through the traffic light in front of Wal-Mart, take the next driveway on the right. This will take you to a tan building on the hill (the Best Ambulance office - not labeled). The Halloween Bash will be taking place in the upstairs of this building. Someone will be there to guide you to where you need to go.

We have a limit of people that can join us for the Halloween Bash. We are planning to have costume judging, dancing, games, face painting, candy, food, story telling, door prizes, 50/50 drawings, and a DJ. Are you interested in talking to a seasoned ghost hunter? There will be plenty of those floating around too. This will be a clean fun-packed night for you & your family and a wonderful alternative to trick-or-treating. Stay safe this Halloween and join us for a Halloween Bash.

In order to help pay for this fantastic family event, we need to ask you for your help. It will cost us around $3,000 in order to provide a great time for everyone. This will pay for the food, prizes, decorations, games, and entertainment. The location is being provided to us free of charge.

In order to help reach our goal of $3,000, we are selling tickets for $10.00 per adult and $6.00 per child 6 years and older. Any child under 6 years old will get in free with a paying adult. All tickets must be purchased by October 30th, 2008. Tickets may not be sold at the door. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. You are also more than welcome to donate any amount you can towards this event even if you cannot join us.

Ticket purchases and donations goes towards event food, candy, prizes, decorations, games, and entertainment. Money collected through drawings will be donated to a charity for Christmas. No profit will be made from this event.
