Before you submit your story to us, be sure to read the following guidelines. These guidelines were designed to decrease our workload, and for your story to appear on our web site at a much faster rate.
Guidelines:
- We will only accept stories that pertain to West Virginia.
- Please correct spelling and grammar errors before submitting your story. This is a crucial step, if your story doesn't follow this guideline, it will not be published. Use a program such as Microsoft Word to check your story for errors.
- Please Use Your Real Email Address!! We will NOT publish your email address, it is only used for our reference of contacting you. If your email address is not correct, we will not publish your story.
- Please submit only TRUE stories. This website is for true stories only, no fictional stories are allowed.
- To submit your stories here you MUST BE the author of the story or have permission of the author. Do NOT submit stories that you don't have permission to submit. It is a violation of the digital copyright laws.
- Your story must be related to the category you've selected.
- Do not submit your story in all capital letters or all lowercase letters. Use correct grammar.
- Do not submit stories on the subject of pornography, solicitations, or a subject that could be considered overly offensive. We will remove stories we find offensive. WVGhosts.com is a child safe website.
- By submitting your original stories to WVGhosts.com, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
- All stories submitted to us are manually proof read and edited before they appear on our web site, this may take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks.

Also, be sure to select which type of encounter you are submitting, it will help us to keep the stories more organized.
